Cesare, the founder, met Davide Russo, Ramunno’s chef, by chance. After careful and thorough analysis, he understood and realized that he could take good care of and protect the heart of his restaurant.
Originally from Naples, chef Davide came to live in Ostuni 8 years ago; he falls in love with the town and in particular with the Apulian tradition, which he possesses with skill and ease. His cooking is direct, clean and sincere. From his attentive hands, assisted by his team, dishes are created that embody Puglia and Campania, resulting in truly successful combinations.
