The Restaurant

Franco and Cesare, the owners, met Davide Russo, Ramunno’s chef, by chance. After a careful and accurate analysis they understood and perceived that the heart of their restaurant could be well cared for and kept by him.

Originally from Naples, chef Davide came to live in Ostuni 8 years ago; he falls in love with the town and in particular with the Apulian tradition, which he possesses with skill and ease. His cooking is direct, clean and sincere. From his careful hands, followed by his brigade, dishes are born that contain the flavors of Puglia and Campania, creating truly successful combinations.
